Apple Pi Education Named an Approved Math Coaching Provider for the Los Angeles Unified School District

LOS ANGELES, CA — Apple Pi Education, LLC has been selected to the Los Angeles Unified School District's bench of approved providers for UTK-12 Coaching in Mathematics (RFP No. 2000003785). Apple Pi is one of just sixteen for-profit and non-profit organizations district-wide qualified to deliver mathematics coaching and professional development directly to LAUSD schools and offices.

The bench contract pre-qualifies Apple Pi to be engaged by any campus across the nation's second-largest school district without a new competitive bid for each engagement. Apple Pi is listed in the official district directory under Contract No. C7575.

Under the multi-year statement of work, providers deliver comprehensive, school-wide, school-based coaching cycles and ongoing professional development built around high-leverage instructional strategies — aligned to the California Content Standards, the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics' (NCTM) eight mathematical teaching practices, and the Student Math Practice Standards.
